Well, I’m glad you approve. I wasn’t sure what type of horchata was being requested and there are many types, so I tried to cover as many as I could. Some of them look really lovely.  I didn’t see ice cream, but I *DID* see horchata cupcakes with horchata frosting.  They looked lovely, too.
