Another way to my heart
Engraved Earl Grey truffle hearts
Preparation 10 minutes, plus chilling
Makes 25
Ingredients
125g (4½oz) chocolate (I use a mixture of half dark and half milk)
100g (3½oz) very thick cream
2 tsp loose Earl Grey tea
1 Cut the chocolate into pieces that are as small as you can make them. Place them in a bowl ready for the hot cream to be poured on to them.
