I might have made a couple of pineapple upside-down cakes while I made the pineapple upside-down cake photo set! I added almonds to the butter and brown sugar before I laid down the pineapple and cherries. I’ve never made a pineapple upside down cake before tonight! They’re not bad. Thanks to my brother and SIL for providing the ingredients!

(I love this dessert, but looking for pictures was tough for me. It’s hard to find photos of this cake that don’t fuck with my phobia of vaguely ovoid shapes in clusters. Ha.)
